What can I bring for the Tea Room?

You will have 20 minutes in the tea room. This is enough time for one (1) simple food item, one (1) cupcake, and one (1) drink item. For example, you could have a slice of pizza, a cupcake and a short bottled water, or one tea sandwich, one brownie, and one single milk.

If you are having a 1.5-hour Girl Scout party, you will have 15 minutes in the tea room. This is long enough time for one (1) simple food item and one (1) drink item (for example, a cupcake and a juice box).

All food needs to be detailed on your party info sheet. It is also a very good idea to bring the same food items for each girl. This eliminates choices, as the food is already on the table when the girls enter the room.

If you would like to have a pizza delivered to your party, Drama Queens will need to know in advance on your party info sheet. Fox's in Mokena offers Drama Queen parties a discounted pizza price. Please write "pizza" on your info sheet, and we will order it for you. Your party coordinator will let you know what your pizza total is upon arrival to Drama Queens; please have cash ready. We will order cheese pizza only unless otherwise specified.

Do I tell the parents to drop off or stay?

We are a drop-off facility. We have plenty of help ready for each party. We allow three adults to enter the dress area. (The birthday parent must stay.)

Am I allowed to tip the girls?

Gratuity/tipping is accepted for a service that was well done. Please use your own personal discretion.

What do you do for older girls?

If your daughter is 9 years or older, she can choose to do karaeoke instead of the play house. This is an excellent choice for older girls. Please let us know in advance, so we can prepare for this change.

Do you supply the treat bags, or do I?

We offer a beautiful purse, filled nicely for $3.95 per girl. You also have the option of bringing your own.

What do I need to bring to a Drama Queen party?

Our parties are meant to be as easy as possible for our birthday parent. All you need to bring is:

You will always have a professional party coordinator and a helper lady at every party. Our coordinator will take you and your guests through every step of our wonderfully segmented parties!
